Regional reviews often mix Bahasa Malaysia and English in the same room. Dual labels can respect that mix or drown the chart.
What we recommend
Put Bahasa on axis titles and English on filter chips when the facilitator presents in English but regional leads annotate notes in Bahasa — or the reverse, decided once and written into the grammar sheet. Avoid dual labels on every data point; that doubles ink and halves readability under projector wash.
Studio test
Print the board at A3. Cover one language with a sticky note. If the remaining language still carries the claim, you are close. If the claim collapses, rewrite rather than stacking more text.
