Who it is for
Analyst cohorts who already produce charts but lose the thread when executives interrupt. The day focuses on spoken narrative, annotation discipline, and filter etiquette — not software installation.
What the day covers
Morning: diagnose three of your real boards. Afternoon: rewrite openings, set colour rules, and run timed Q&A drills. Each participant leaves with a marked-up board and a personal improvement checklist.
Capacity
Up to ten participants. Larger groups split into morning and afternoon cohorts on consecutive days.
