The Sample Street wall
Most boards begin on kraft paper in our Kuala Lumpur studio. Sticky notes hold the questions executives already ask; tape marks where filters will sit. Visitors often expect polished software mockups first — we start with handwriting so the room’s priorities stay visible.
Stages you can watch
- Question harvest — pull phrases from the last two meeting recordings or notes.
- Chart grammar — type scale, colour roles, annotation rules for projector light.
- Filter map — decide which cuts are live versus footnotes.
- Query wiring — connect the board to one approved extract.
- Rehearsal under time — facilitator runs a twenty-minute drill with planted interruptions.
- Handover night — refresh checklist, glossary, and who owns each filter label.
What the studio is for
Studios are working sessions, not gallery openings. Clients sit with us for wall sketches and rehearsals. Between visits, Marcus wires queries while Aina redlines openings. If you want a quieter audit first, start with a Chart Audit Session; if you already know the meeting that needs a living board, commission Interactive Query Boards.
