Who clicked when the manager was away

Expense applications need a way to approve while someone is travelling. The control is not the absence of a delegate. It is whether the log names the actor, the principal, and a later reader.

We sample claims touched by proxies and admin impersonation, then ask who last opened the delegate report. Shared mailboxes and leftover out-of-office rules show up here more often than fraud stories do.

A monthly exception pack—counts, names, and uncleared items—is usually enough. The review we sell is the first reconstruction, not a permanent dashboard.
