Website use
This site is informational. Content describes services you may request; it does not create a contract until we agree in writing on scope, fees, and timing. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in ways that impair availability. Fees shown are informational only. There is no checkout on this website.
Engagements
Work begins only after a written confirmation (email is sufficient) that states deliverables, timeline, and fee. Claim-path audits, policy-rule tests, examinations, and walkthroughs are professional services. We do not sell software licences, expense-platform subscriptions, or process payments on this website.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for lawful, read-only access to the expense application and claim data you share, for decisions you make from our findings, and for securing stakeholder approvals. We rely on information you provide; incomplete access or missing claim history may limit conclusions. You remain responsible for your own tax, SST, and e-invoice obligations.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data, policies, and application materials. Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a licence to use the deliverables we create for your internal business purposes. Our methods, templates, and prior know-how remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from reimbursement, payroll, or committee decisions you take after receiving our notes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise in a signed statement of work.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements follow the terms in their confirmation.
